InHaus is a boutique building company based in Nelson, New Zealand, specialising in
personalised service with a focus on lifestyle. From smaller homes to large luxury homes, InHaus can cater to all your needs!

Owners Russell and Tanya Campbell have been in the building business since 1987. Previous training as a joiner gave Russell an eye for quality and attention to detail, and these skills have been invaluable in his hands-on approach to his building business. Tanya’s extensive experience as an interior designer is also a huge asset. Russell’s extensive knowledge of the industry means he is able to assist his clients with all aspects of the building process, including Council consents. His clients frequently comment on how enjoyable and hassle-free all stages of the building process is with InHaus.  Russell’s insistence on quality led him to structure InHaus in a way which allows them to work more efficiently, keeping Russell informed about the details of what’s happening on each job. This provides their clients with great service, which is reflected in the fact that most of their business comes through word of mouth.
InHaus homes are easily recognisable for their style, quality and excellent designs. Russell and Tanya live in an InHaus designed home in Hope with their three children, Shaun, Liam and Neve.

Russell’s creativity and his passion for building goes beyond building houses – he has also built award winning boats and enjoys boating in his spare time.

InHaus sponsors many community groups and events, including local school events and the local Go-Kart Club.
