Careful planning inside separates adult zones from children's areas.  Sliding doors enable flexibility of space in the ground floor rooms and for rainy days, a children's games room is located out of sight and hearing under the bedroom wing.

Quality low maintenance external materials, like Linea and Rockcote plaster, use subtle colourings to blend the building into its tropical garden surroundings.
