Upper Outdoor Living Areas

The outdoor living is extensive, and sheltered.  Broad north decks take in superb views and sunshine, stepping down to the left and right onto lower patios.  With glass surrounds, there is nothing to obstruct the outlook, and the shelter afforded by this solid form of fencing is very effective.  Natives pop their heads above the deck at several points, growing persistently and enhancing the privacy from the sides, while retaining the view ahead.

Rear Outdoor Living Area

The ceramic tiles within the rear courtyard have been specifically chosen for their ability to regulate their heat absorbtion, radiating warmth after sundown, and maintaining a comfortable heat even on the hottest days.  The BBQ and inbuilt BBQ storage, refrigerator, and implement facilities are ideally situated to take advantage of the bench space and sinks of the Kitchen.  The entire rear courtyard is so sheltered and pleasant, and the views feel almost as immediate as if you were standing on the front decking.  With ample space for dining suite, happy milling crowd and keen BBQ chef's, there is even space for sitting/standing around the wonderful ambient gas fire inset into the rear wall.  What a perfect spot for get-togethers, whether social, business or family.

Lower Outdoor Living Areas

A warm, sunny, private spot, this patio is home to a luxurious spa-bath, wonderful views framed by the sheltering walls which also house the outdoor shower.  Deck chairs accentuate the spot from which maximum views are obtained, and access obtained to the walkway.

The two-tier shallow timber steps lead from the north deck to the lower-level patio, which is a broad area giving access to the media/activity room, the lower-level guest bedroom and ensuite, and the walkway to the beach.
